DIM Group has commissioned its third project in 2024: the VITA 2.1 building in the Park Lake City eco-complex, situated in Pidhirtsi, 10 kilometers along the Novooobukhivske Highway.
On November 26, 2024, the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine issued a Certificate of Readiness for the residential building, confirming its compliance with project documentation and its suitability for occupancy.
The acquisition of this document underscores the reliability of DIM Group, a company that, despite challenging economic conditions, is committed to fulfilling its obligations to investors and ensuring their successful completion.
The VITA 2.1 building, with a total area of 3678.1 sq. m, comprises two four-story sections housing 30 apartments covering 2619.87 sq. m. The ground floors feature commercial spaces totaling 441.3 sq. m.
