e-Wings Uklon finalized the acquisition of 100% of the corporate rights of electric scooter operator e-Wings on August 7, 2026. The pre-adjustment transaction value was 97.6 million UAH. This was reported by the company’s press service. The acquisition of e-Wings marked Uklon’s first M&A transaction. Following the deal’s completion, the company expanded its service portfolio to include micromobility with Uklon Scooters.
Services Included in the Uklon Ecosystem
Currently, the Uklon ecosystem encompasses the Uklon car booking online service, Uklon Delivery courier service, Uklon Ads advertising platform, Uklon Travel bus ticket purchasing service, and the Uklon Store marketplace. “This transaction is a landmark moment for Uklon: we are scaling through M&A for the first time in our history, and we are doing so consciously, choosing a direction that strengthens our ecosystem. Uklon Scooters will become another touchpoint with the user in their daily urban mobility,” commented Uklon CEO Serhiy Grishkov.
Development of the Micromobility Sector
A dedicated business unit, Micromobility, has been established within the company to advance this new segment. It is headed by Roman Motruk, co-founder of e-Wings, in the position of Head of Micromobility. Roman’s focus will be on the strategic growth of the micromobility sector and identifying synergies with other Uklon ecosystem services. Oleg Bilyi, co-founder of e-Wings, who managed operational activities, has taken on the role of Head of Micromobility Operations and will oversee key business operational processes.
How the e-Wings Service Will Operate Post-Acquisition
During the transition period, the electric scooter rental service will continue to operate through the e-Wings application in all 11 cities where it is present. Concurrently, Uklon has commenced the integration of the micromobility service into its main application.
